Tupelo Water & Light Department - Paying Your Bill

Paying your Tupelo Water & Light Department utility bill is easy. You can stop by our office downtown at 320 Court Street or use these other convenient payment options:

By Mail: You can use the envelope enclosed with your bill to mail us your payment.
Drop Box: After hours, you can put your bill in the drop box at our downtown office at 320 Court Street.
Bank Draft: Your bank can deduct the amount of your monthly bill from your bank account.
Bank draft -- or automatic payment plan -- is a convenient way to pay your utility bill. Automatic payment is available to any customer with a checking account. All you need to do is come by our Billing & Collections Office at 320 Court Street and complete the authorization form. The plan starts with your next month's billing. The draft will be deposited the business day before the due date of your bill.
Credit Card: Our customers now have the convenience of paying their utility bill by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and debit cards. You must come to our Billing and Collections Office with proper identification.
