Bank draft -- or automatic payment plan -- is a convenient
way to pay your utility bill. Automatic payment is available to any
customer with a checking account. All you need to do is come by our
Billing & Collections Office at 320 Court Street and complete
the authorization form. The plan starts with your next month's billing.
The draft will be deposited the business day before the due date of

Visa, Master Card and debit cards. You must come to our Billing and
