New Residential Customers must come by our Billing & Collections Office at 320 Court Street, 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday to apply for service. Please bring two (2) forms of ID including a driver's license or state issued ID card. Renters should also bring a copy of the lease or renter's receipt. Moving
If you are moving away or transferring utility services to another location within our system, you must come by our Billing & Collections Office and give us the details of your move. Try to give us as much advance notice as possible. A $20 charge to transfer services will be added to your bill. Transfer of Service Form
