Collection & Billing Office
Our Collection and Billing Office is located at 320 Court Street and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For customer convenience, we offer a drive-thru window and an after hours drop-box for payments. Operations & Maintenance Office
Our Operations and Maintenance Office is located at 320 North Front Street and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We also have an operator who works after hours and on weekends to accept cut-off payments and emergency service calls.
